Dear Brother,
I wrote you lately & fully by the Justicia Capt. Gray whom I expected would sail before Dobby, but now I learn that Dobby will first sail - This therefore is to inform that Cap. Rayson will (barring most extraordinary accident, sail hence by the middle of this month of July, he has now 260 hhds on board & 3 Craft some time out for the rest of his Cargo. Capt. Rayson desires me to request you, that if a prospect of war takes place whilst he may be supposed on his Voyage, that you insure three hundred pounds sterling worth of property for him in the Liberty
