Lee Hall 15th Jany. 1773
Dear Brother
I am here with a housefull assembled at the Squire’s anniversary feast. Hearing that a Ship is soon to clear for Glasgow I inclose the second of a bill, the first of which went about a week ago from Rappahanock. With this bill you have also an order on yourself in my favor from Mr. Thos. Washington for a small ballance which he says you owe him. Let them be both put to my credit. I received yours - and the Doctors favors by Page. I am glad my little boys are safe and that they please you. I hope they will continue to deserve your affectionate care of them. We expect your ship here next month, and I speak to all I see to have Tobacco ready for her.
Your affectionate brother
R. H. Lee
