We’re always interested in additional Lee family and extended Lee family manuscripts, texts, and other record to add to our archive. Letters, diaries, deeds, wills, other commercial and legal documents—all such records provide essential clues to our past.
When you donate records in your possession, you contribute to society’s collective effort to remember all of the messy detail and nuance of our shared history.
The Jessie Ball duPont Memorial Library at Stratford Hall Historic Preserve provides a secure, controlled space to ensure the long-term preservation of valuable archival material, along with providing research access to the contents of those records for future users.
