I have the honour to return herewith, vouchers nos. 23 (with 5 sub vouchers) 24. 25. 26. 27. 28. 29 & 30 with dates inserted as required by the 3rd Auditor. The dates of the purchase of horses correspond with the dates of payment which were entered in the receipts for the money.
