Fredericksburg VA Dec 25th/65
Dear Sir
Will you have the kindness to inform me if a young gentleman of Penn. who is strictly moral and a warm sympathizer with the South can be admitted into your Institution. If so what requirements and qualifications are necessary.
A reply at your earliest convenience will greatly oblige.
Very respectfully Yours
Mary F. Jarvis
