Abstract: Letter of 10 FEB 1870 written at Washington College to Walter A. Patrick, Esq. stating that a draft of $250 had been received for his son. He goes on to say that the $850 expended previously was more than necessary and provides a breakdown of what normal expenses should be. Closes with As a general rule those students who spend most money study the least.
