Someone wrote on the letter the following note: "Given to Mr. James Fitzpatrick by Zenella wife of Col William J. Clarke 24th at CG's to whom the above note is addressed. Is the address "Hd. Qr: Sewell Mt." Lee or Clarke's address?"
