Upon the recommendation of their company commander, Corporal Benjamin C. Berry, of company "E" 2nd Cavalry is appointed a Sergeant, and Privates George Knox, Andrew Viddle, and William C. A. S. Orr, are appointed Corporals, in that company, to rank as such from the 1st Inst.
