Notes

Receiver’s copy, Maryland State Papers (Red Books), Maryland Hall of Records Commission, Annapolis.

1 Not found, but probably related to Maryland’s seizure of flour and wheat purchased by Jean Holker’s agents in the state and Congress’ January 17 resolution recommending that the confiscated provisions be restored, for which see Samuel Huntington to Lee, January 18, 1780, note.
