The last summer a Proposal was laid before Your Assembly, from Virginia; for settling the Southern boundery between the two States.
The Delegates of Virginia received an Answer; but it has miscarried in its passage; and it is now wanted by the Assembly.1 You will therefore much oblige me, if you will procure a certified Copy, & send it to me by the first opportunity.
