To His Ex Presdt Davis
Dispatch of 11.30 P.M. yesterday received. Genl Stuart is supposed to have crossed Rapidan last Night to interrupt Enemys column at Germania. He cut it in the afternoon near Maddens North of Rapidan. He captured prisoners from 5th, 11th, and 12th Corps.
