I have the honour to report that I arrived here on the 29 Ulto: to attend the Genl Court Martial convened at Fort Leavenworth by S. Orders No: 134 Dated 26 July ’55 from the Adjt Genls Office, Washington City, which adjourned to this place for the trial of Dr Simons U.S.A.
From the 1st to the 26 Oct: I was engaged on the Court at Fort Leavenworth Kansas. I am very respectfully
